She brings size, physicality, and a high basketball IQ that allows her to contribute on both ends of the floor. Her ability to play inside while also stretching defenses makes her a difficult matchup.   Offensively, Whelan-Edwards does a great job finishing around the rim and using her strength in the paint. She rebounds at a high level and consistently creates second-chance opportunities. She also shows strong touch around the basket and understands positioning well in half-court sets.   Defensively, she provides toughness and reliability. She rebounds outside of her area, contests shots, and communicates well within the team defense. Her motor and willingness to do the little things make her extremely valuable. Carmel continues to benefit from her versatility and consistent effort every game. She spaces the floor well, shoots confidently from deep, and forces defenders to stay attached at all times. Once defenders overcommit to the jumper, she is capable of attacking off the bounce and finishing at the rim.   Beyond scoring, Kendall competes with energy and plays with confidence. She moves well without the basketball, understands spacing, and consistently puts herself in positions to make winning plays. Her offensive skill set gives South Bend Adams a player defenses must constantly account for. Renn does an excellent job controlling tempo and making smart reads with the basketball. She can facilitate offense, attack driving lanes, and score when opportunities present themselves. Her ability to handle pressure and stay composed allows her to consistently put teammates in good positions.   Defensively, she competes hard and understands positioning well. She brings energy on both ends and consistently plays with toughness. What stands out most about Renn is her balanced game — she can score, defend, distribute, and lead, which makes her an extremely valuable guard on the floor.
