Peach Games 15U Second Team

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Peach Games was loaded with talent from 11U-17U. The 15U teams took the floor at Marietta High School and Marietta Middle School over the weekend. It was tough to choose the all-tournament teams due to so much talent in the building. She knows when to attack the basket and when to pull up off the dribble. A player that sees the floor well and pushes the ball quickly in transition. She puts a lot of pressure on her defenders with her speed and ability to shift and punch gaps. Always looking for her teammates but showed her ability to take over the game when her team needs the big buckets. She is a special talent that uses the step back and her speed to her advantage. A player who can handle the basketball and get to the paint quickly. Can score at any given time and loves having the ball in her hands. Will pressure you and turn you over with her quickness. Sees the floor well and knows how to make the post entry passes. A player that continues to get better each game. A player that just out works everyone and does not seem to get tired. She wants the ball down the stretch and is not afraid to absorb contact. Pure finisher who is strong around the rim. Myricks had a 24-point performance on Sunday and continued to dominate the weekend in scoring and rebounding. At 6'0 she is able to back her defenders down and score with ease at the rim. Has a soft touch and passes well from inside. Crashes the boards hard and is always in good post position which allows her to score close to the basket. A player that runs the floor well and pins her defenders in transition. She connected on 7 triples in a single game and continued to show everyone why she is considered one of the best shooters in the state. A player that consistently works to get open without the basketball and has a quick release. Her 5'10 frame allows her to get her shot off over most defenders and also get to the rim with the midrange jumper.
