Class of 2028 wing Stevie Harley Stevie Harley 5'9" | SF St. John's College | 2028 State MD continued to show why she is one of the more dependable young players on Team Durant ‘s roster. While her numbers may not jump off the page, her efficiency certainly does. Harley averaged 8.8 points and 4.4 rebounds while shooting an impressive 51.6 percent from the field, 45.5 percent from beyond the arc, and a perfect 7-for-7 from the free-throw line. She played with excellent poise, rarely forcing the action and consistently making the right basketball play. Against Team Takeover , Harley scored six points while grabbing a game-high seven rebounds, competing on every possession and making her presence felt on both ends of the floor. She also contributed defensively throughout the weekend, collecting 15 steals and three blocked shots over five games. Stevie’s ability to impact the game through efficient scoring, rebounding, defense, and mistake-free basketball makes her one of the rising prospects in the Class of 2028.

Stevie is one of only two players in the top 20 currently playing on the 17U EYBL circuit while logging double-digit minutes and producing double-digit points in several games. Her performance against older, high-level competition has helped her make one of the biggest jumps in the rankings, rising from No. 17 all the way up to No. 5. She is a solid wing with good size, confidence, and the ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor. Stevie’s stock continues to climb, and she has clearly established herself as one of the top players in the WCAC.

Stevie did well attacking the basket and playing the passing lane for deflections and steals. She got baskets on the rebound and putback and shot the ball from the mid range and three. Her shot looked pure with a nice range.

Stevie turned the pressure up in the second half of Durant’s dominant performance, embracing her role as the ultimate utility player. She consistently handled the dirty work on the defensive end—guarding positions 2 through 4 with effectiveness, crashing the glass, and sacrificing her body for loose balls. That kind of effort and versatility is what keeps her on the floor and makes her invaluable to the lineup.

Her impact may not always show up in the box score, but it’s felt throughout the game. With her defensive mindset and willingness to do the little things, Stevie has a strong foundation to build on.

Look for her to elevate her game this summer as she works toward taking that next step.

Stevie has nice size and is a good active defender. She defends well at multiple positions and sprints the court in transition. She is a good rebounder with a soft touch on her shot that she can make out to the three. We will be keeping a close eye on her this summer.

St. John’s was excellent on defense today, and it was a big reason they beat Archbishop Carroll. Stevie Harley was great on defense, and she was disruptive to opposing ball handlers. She had a few nice finishes on offense and helped St. John’s turn defense into offense.
