Summer Rankings Release: 2027 Stock Risers Part 2

Here is part 2 of the 2027 Stock Risers.   <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/dakotas/rankings/north-dakota-rankings/2027-rankings/">FULL 2027 RANKINGS - CLICK ME!</a>    Milne was a key reserve for [program_tooltip program_id='712656' first='Mandan' last=''] last season, a team that won 22 games and finished third at the State Tournament. She was an energizer bunny off of the bench, immediately bringing the juice and impacting the game. She is hoping to earn herself a starting spot next season, something she is more than capable of doing. She is a tough left-handed guard who is very strong for her position. She is very difficult to stop once she gets going to her strong hand. She is able to draw fouls and get to the free-throw line. She can step out and hit threes but has some room to grow with her three-point shooting percentage. I am most impressed with her defense. She plays hard and picks up opponents full-court.     Robinson is someone who can easily play college basketball. She is certainly someone Junior Colleges and NAIA schools should look at. She has a high ceiling and due to this Division 2 schools should also take a peek at Zoe. She is an athletic 6'2 who is quick enough to defend multiple positions. Her ability to move laterally is really impressive for a post player. She slides her feet and cuts off drives going to the basket from the perimeter. She is tough around the basket and defends without fouling. Zoe is also a quality offensive player. She has soft touch around the rim and keeps her hands ready for passes and offensive rebounds.     Bell is athletic enough to play at the next level. She is a fantastic jumper and can soar over most opponents at the Class B level. She rises for rebounds and jump-shots around the basket. Park River runs a lot of block-to-block screen action with the hopes of freeing up Lauren for a seal or a flash to the free-throw line. If she flashes to the free-throw line, she is good off of the catch and can get downhill to the basket. Bell racks up a ton of free-throws throughout the season due to her ability to embrace contact at the rim. She is an excellent defender who keeps her feet and alters shots at the rim.     Smith had an outstanding Junior season and is going to be back even better as a Senior. She is hoping to help lead LLM back to a State Championship and hopefully earn herself another Tournament MVP along the way. Smith is a very composed point guard. She lets the game come to her naturally and makes great decisions. She is excellent at getting to the paint and making the right read. Sometimes it's to shoot and sometimes it's to pass. She is an exceptional passer. She throws it to her teammate's hand that is away from the defender. This type of accuracy makes it nearly impossible for the defense to steal the pass.     Paityn was an All-EDC selection this last season as a Junior. She should have a great chance at backing that award and earning a spot in 2027. She averaged 12.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.7 steals per game as a Junior. She has a little bit of work to do with her shooting percentages. She could be a stud at the next level if she can iron those out. She is a physically strong guard who can bully smaller players throughout each game. She has a very quick first step that allows her to blow by defenders. She plays with great effort on each side of the ball and can jump passing lanes which lead to easy transition opportunities.     Izzy was Bismarck High's leading scorer last year at 10.1 points per game. She was very efficient shooting the ball. She shot 47.5% from the field, 38.3% from three, and 82.1% from the free-throw line. These shooting percentages also lead the Demons in 26-27. Next season she is going to have more opportunities to score the ball with the graduation of three key senior teammates. I anticipate her earning herself a spot on the All-WDA team next season. She has a quick release and excellent shooting form. She doesn't take a lot of bad shots and is a great teammate on the court. She battles defensively and is good in Bismarck's full-court press.
