The Summit brought together plenty of well-known names, but some of the most impressive performances came from players who may not have entered the event with the biggest buzz. Throughout the day, several prospects made their presence felt with toughness, skill, production, and the ability to impact winning in different ways. In Part 1 of this under-the-radar series, we take a closer look at a group of Summit standouts who may have been overlooked by some, but left no doubt that they belong on the radar moving forward.

Amyah pushed the ball well in transition and consistently made good decisions in the open floor. She showed excellent pace, knowing when to speed the game up and when to slow it down under control. When the opportunity presented itself, she confidently pulled up for the mid-range jumper, delivered timely passes to open teammates, or kept her dribble alive to attack the basket. Her ability to read the defense and make the right play allowed her to create quality scoring opportunities for both herself and those around her.

Tierney consistently established deep post position, working hard to seal her defender and present a strong target with her hands and numbers visible. Once she caught the ball, she stayed poised and went right into her move without wasting time. Her drop step was fundamentally sound, allowing her to create space and finish through contact. She used her body well to shield defenders, displayed good footwork on the block, and showed soft touch around the rim. She was physical without forcing the action and looked comfortable operating with her back to the basket, making her a reliable interior scoring option.

Kendall shot the ball well throughout the weekend, proving she could knock down shots both off the catch and off the dribble. She has a fundamentally sound stroke with good balance, consistent mechanics, and a quick, confident release that made it difficult for defenders to recover. Defenses couldn't simply play her for the jumper, however, because she did a nice job attacking closeouts and getting to the basket. She finished well around the rim, played under control, and showed the ability to make the right read when the defense collapsed. Her combination of perimeter shooting and off-the-bounce scoring makes her a versatile offensive threat.

Standing around 5'0", Solest never let her size limit her impact on the game. She attacked the paint fearlessly, weaving through traffic and finding creative angles to finish against much bigger defenders. She also showed good range beyond the three-point line, knocking down perimeter shots with confidence and forcing defenses to respect her from the outside. Defensively, she was extremely active, applying pressure to the ball, disrupting passing lanes, and competing on every possession. Beyond her production, she displayed strong leadership qualities for Team Loaded, communicating with her teammates, setting the tempo, and playing with the kind of energy and confidence that elevated those around her.

Vyktorya was tasked with anchoring the middle for Team Loaded, and she embraced the role with a strong, physical presence. She consistently made herself available around the basket, finishing well off cuts to the rim and showing good hands when receiving passes in traffic. She battled on the glass at both ends of the floor, securing rebounds and giving her team valuable second-chance opportunities while limiting opponents to one shot. She also did a good job drawing contact and capitalized at the free throw line, converting her opportunities with confidence. Her willingness to do the dirty work inside and play within her role made her an important piece of Team Loaded's success.

Londyn showcased her athleticism throughout the event, using her explosiveness and body control to finish around the basket with several impressive, acrobatic plays. She has the ability to hang in the air, adjust to defenders, and still complete difficult finishes. Early on, she appeared to press the action a little, eager to make an impression on our staff, which led to a few rushed decisions. As the day progressed, however, she settled into the flow of the game, let the action come to her, and her natural talent became much more evident. Once she relaxed, she played with better pace, made stronger decisions with the ball, and demonstrated why she is such an intriguing prospect with her combination of athleticism, scoring ability, and upside.

Sloan established herself as one of the top defenders in the gym with her relentless effort, anticipation, and activity on every possession. She has exceptionally quick hands, consistently disrupting the offense with deflections, steals, and by getting into passing lanes. Her defensive instincts allowed her to create easy scoring opportunities in transition, where she excelled in the open floor. Offensively, she showed great body control by going from a full sprint to stopping on balance for the pull-up jumper, knocking down shots with confidence. Her ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor, especially with her defensive intensity and transition play, made her one of the more impressive performers of the event.

Jaylin made a strong impression with Team Loaded's 15U squad, using her strength and aggressiveness to attack the basket with several powerful drives. She didn't shy away from contact and consistently looked to put pressure on the defense. Beyond her scoring ability, she proved to be a solid all-around player, defending multiple positions with good effort and versatility while staying engaged on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she moved well without the ball, creating opportunities through timely cuts and smart spacing. She also displayed a reliable mid-range set shot with soft touch, giving her another weapon when defenders took away the drive. Her balanced skill set and willingness to contribute in a variety of ways made her a valuable presence throughout the event.
