Once she gathers the rebound, she's comfortable initiating the break, but she also shows the maturity to slow the game down when needed and get her team organized in the half court.   She handles defensive pressure with confidence, using a polished handle and change-of-direction moves to maintain possession and create space. Her high basketball IQ, toughness, and willingness to do the dirty work make her the type of player coaches love to have on the floor because she finds ways to positively impact winning without needing the offense built around her. Those qualities earned Barnett a spot in the latest Class of 2030 rankings, where she debuts at #12 with plenty of room to continue climbing as her game develops.     Lah'Mirah plays much bigger than her 5-foot-8 frame, making her one of the more productive rebounders in the Class of 2030. She has a natural instinct for tracking the ball off the rim and is especially effective on the offensive glass, consistently creating second-chance opportunities for her team. Her toughness, timing, and relentless motor allow her to compete with and often outwork taller opponents.   Offensively, Lah'Mirah is already a strong finisher around the basket, using her strength and body control to convert through contact. The 5-foot-6 combo guard is at her best when creating havoc defensively, turning steals into easy transition baskets while consistently pushing the pace. She plays with confidence, keeps her head up in the open floor, and does a good job finding teammates for easy scoring opportunities when defenses collapse.   Offensively, Awwad has shown the ability to stretch the floor with consistent three-point range and isn't afraid to create her own shot, highlighted by an effective step-back three-pointer that gives defenders another challenge to contend with. Her two-way activity, playmaking instincts, and competitive motor earned her a spot in the Class of 2030 rankings, debuting at #23 with the potential to continue climbing as her game matures.     Michelle possesses the size and strength to make her presence felt in the paint. Her physical frame allows her to clog driving lanes, alter shots, and make opponents think twice before attacking the basket. What stands out most defensively is her quick hands and timing. She doesn't have to rely on elite leaping ability or excessive movement to block or change shots, instead using her size, positioning, and instincts to protect the rim.
