Shepard is a player that continues to impress each time I see her. I have had the opportunity to watch this young lady since earlier in her career, and she has blossomed into a game changer. She has the ability to shoot the 3 ball but also get to the rim. At the expo she handled the ball well under pressure and knew how to make the next read and facilitate with the correct pass. A player that you can't leave open as she will make you pay with her ability to score quickly. Great outside shot and quick release.

Also knows how to read the defense to know when to drive and when to shoot it. Takes care of the basketball and sees the floor well, which allows her to thread the needle with her passes. Impressed early in the 3v3 games which make you ask yourself, "What can she not do". She showed she can score 1 on 1 and it's something she works on consistently. A guard who wants the ball in her hands down the stretch.

High IQ Combo that has nice mid-range shot and handles to allow her to play as a big guard on the wing. A streaky player that once she gets going its hard to contain her. Her length allows her to get in the passing lanes and create turnovers. Can finish in the paint. Playmaker.
