About Derby

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Able to play outside or inside. Post moves and 3’s are my specialty!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Outgoing and very determined.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Currently I’m active as FFA Vice-President, NHS, Stuco, Class Sectretary, Academic Team, Track, Basketball team captain.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have numerous community service hours around my own community and others but my favorite was my hours at the local food bank helping others.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of my toughest challenges was tearing the ligaments in my ankle and not being able to play AAU basketball the summer before Freahamn year.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that’s diverse and good at adhering to the students needs.
