She has good size, length, athleticism and is arguably the most versatile player in her class. Her stat line for the week was 13.5 ppg on 12 for 23 shooting and 3.5 steals per game. She didn't sit a single second in either game, was all over the court on the boards and in the passing lanes, and has one of the best vertical's I've seen. Big things ahead for this young hooper!

A healthy Jamila was huge for DP in Lakeland this year as she was the most impressive player on that team in their two games. She's long and athletic and can score it at-will from 15 feet and in with her quick vertical and bounce. Jamila finished the week with 15.5 ppg, 7rpg, and 2.5 spg and was incredibly efficient in doing so. She's going to be a force this summer!

Jasleen and AH have become a staple at the RP Funding with their annual trip to Lakeland. Her game is so smooth, she's great at drawing contact and using her body to create space, and she's one of the best pure scorers in the entire state. Jas finished with 18 ppg and 4 apg in a hard-fought second place finish. Anxious to see how she does in a new travel program this summer!

Carleyssia was a vital piece for Palm Bay to capture their first-ever State Title. In game one, she went for a 10 point/10 rebound double-double. In game two, she was somewhat quiet in the first three quarters but erupted in the fourth. She finished with 13 points (7 for 7 from the charity stripe), 5 boards, 4 assists, and 4 steals in that historic win. Her physicality and ability to score from the mid-range and around the rim makes her a very intriguing, lefty prospect in the '26 class.

Q is a huge difference maker for any team she plays for. Her quickness paired with her length are second to none and those two attributes cause a lot of havoc on the defensive side of the ball. She's also so shifty and able to score in a variety of ways. In only six quarters of play, she scored 23 points, snagged 9 rebounds, and came away with 7 steals. Quin'Nya is definitely an underrated player in her class...for now.

Sakura was the best surprise of the tournament for me. I had not seen her play but had heard of her. Her shot is high-arching and very accurate from long-range. I was impressed with her ability to put it on the floor and hit the mid-range jumper or use the glass to finish inside. She has a strong frame, one of the best basketball IQ's for her class, and a ton of potential as the best player in the 2028 class I personally saw in Lakeland. Sakura finished with 16 ppg, 10 rpg, and 2.5 spg.
