[player_tooltip player_id='1276606' first='Kayla' last='Reddick'] knocked down 22 points in the Regional quarter finals and it comes as no surprise. Reddick set the tone early on in the season at the Inside Exposure tournament in Jacksonville. Reddick showcased a clutch gene draining threes in crucial moments. The young guard handles the ball, stays composed under pressure, and has a competitive fire that intensifies when the game and season are on the line.

[player_tooltip player_id='1237196' first='Kalyn' last='Thomas'] (cover photo) proved to be the X-Factor in the Regional Quarterfinals, scoring 13 points and leading her team on to the next round. Thomas has been impressive all year and it's the energy that she brings to the floor that impacts the game. Thomas has a nice mid-range game, a good attack game, and she excels in transition with her speed, athleticism, and finishing ability. Thomas also plays great defense on the ball and the pressure she brings leads to steals for her teammates. For good reasons, teams gear their defense to stop Clardy and Francis. Thomas reminds teams that she is a player and X-Factor to be reckoned with. She has been in this position all season long and has been an intricate part of the team's success.

[player_tooltip player_id='1003136' first='Skylar' last='Wilson'] knocked down 11 points, handled the rock, handled pressure, and did a good job of letting the game come to her. As the season has progressed, the game has slowed down for the young guard and she's making an impact in all three phases of the game- offense, defense, and in transition. Wilson can shoot the three and is one of the team's top perimeter threat. She is also a physically gifted player who can draw the foul and get to the line. Wilson played a huge part in her team's victory. She continues to improve and is already one of the top Freshman in the State of Florida.

[player_tooltip player_id='1261851' first='Shea' last='Donovan'] continues to run the show and lead her team from the point guard position. Donovan can score the ball from the perimeter and by getting to the rim. She does a good job of drawing the defense and making good passes to her shooters. Her ball movement and court vision is very advanced for a freshman. Not many freshmen carry the responsibility on that's on Donovan's shoulders. In the Regional Quarterfinals, the young guard led the way in assists. Donovan is poised to lead her team on a deep run into the playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1246251' first='Tiarra' last='Redding'] continues to improve and did a great jog of controlling the glass in Round 1 of the State playoffs and help lead her team to a plaoyoff win. Redding pulled down 11 rebounds, including 4 on the offensive side of the ball. Redding plays with great energy on both sides of the ball. At this stage of her young career, her defense and ability to rebound in double figures are her greatest assets to her team. Snyder has the scoring down pat with Gaines and Grimes. The Sophomore is impacting the game and showing others that in a team game, the boards are as important as the points and college coaches pay attention to players who can stop the opponent and give their team extra possessions and subsequently extra games.

[player_tooltip player_id='1136121' first='Charlee' last='Matos'] has played well this season and the freshman continues to play her role well. Matos averages close to 13 points per game , 5.5 rebounds per game, several steals per game, and even leads her teams in blocked shots (19) for the season- from the guard position. Matos clearly impacts the game on both sides of the ball and makes plays that shift momentum. The young guards scored 14 in the first round of the playoffs and is looking to lead her team back to another final four appearance.

[player_tooltip player_id='1235885' first='Julia' last='Conroy'] continues impact wins in any way needed. One game the sophomore scores double digits, then turns around grabs 12 rebounds and dishes out 6 assist. Conroy leads the team in rebounds and assists and ranks high among the team's leaders in blocked shots. Her value isn't tied to just one role. She is a workhorse player who does what it takes to win. Conroy's energy played a big park in her teams first round playoff win and she is poised to be an X-Factor as the playoffs continue.
