2027 Rankings: Shooting Guards in the Top 30s, 40s, and 50s

In this article we look at some of the top shooting guards in the State of Florida outside of the top 25. As apparent by the list below, there are numerous talented players at the shooting guard position. In this article, we look at a few of these positional players (shooting guard) and take a look at their rankings, their abilities, and there overall skills. We look at some of the 67 shooting guards below. The players range from number 30 through number 53. Their position as a shooting guard in the 2027 rankings is also below.    [player_tooltip player_id='400811' first='Elle' last='Deegan'] was born to shoot and has one of the best shooting touches in the State of Florida in any class. The lefty knows how to get in the weak spots of zone defenses and understands how ball movement can free one up for open shots. Deegan can shoot off of the catch and also has the ability and skills to shoot off of the dribble. She has a lethal step-back jump shot. This past high school season, Deegan connected on 40 threes at a rate of 34 percent.         [player_tooltip player_id='934760' first='Lillian' last='Sanchez'] is one of the most versatile players on this list. Sanchez plays with speed and has a lot of craftiness to her game. She can get to the rim and also shoot the mid-range and three point shot. Her ability is transition sets her apart from a lot of guards. She can get out and lead the break and score or dish to her teammates to score. Sanchez has good speed and uses it well on both ends of the floor. She plays good on the ball defense and is very adapt to getting steals and deflections and causing turnovers.       [player_tooltip player_id='743522' first='Samantha' last='Coble'] is a do everything guard who can play at the two or the three. The young guard has a high ball IQ and seems to always be around the ball. In one of her match-up against Sickles, Coble was dynamic, doing a little of everything. She uses her height well and can defend and block shots on a consistent basis. She is very active on the defensive and gets deflections and steals as a result. Coble finished the high school season averaging 4 steals per game and also blocked 13 shots for the season. Coble had a great offensive season, averaging 13.2 points per game, including 72 threes for the season.     [player_tooltip player_id='981281' first='Ya'Zuri' last='Hollie'] has worlds of raw talent. She has the physical gifts to dominate a game with her size and strength. She plays the guard position, but can seamlessly play the three depending the personnel on the floor. Hollie can get to the rim and score off the dribble and welcomes contact. Hollie can also shoot the long ball. She made 34 threes for the season. Her strength is getting out in the open floor and attacking the basket. She is an aggressive player on the offensive end. Excited to see how her game develops over the next few years.     [player_tooltip player_id='741323' first='Nylah' last='Brooks'] has some tight handles and probably the tightest of these featured guards. Brooks has a high basketball IQ and knows how to manipulate the defense with her excellent ball handling skills. Brooks has very good passing skills and is not afraid to thread the needle when she needs to. The young guard has great ball vision and has shown the ability to be a play-maker. She makes players around her better and puts them in position to score with the pass. The talent around Brooks makes Brooks's job look at easy at times.     [player_tooltip player_id='248388' first='Jordyn' last='Baker'] played her role brilliantly this season and found herself holding the State Championship trophy. Baker is quick and plays with tons of energy. She can defend and gets to a lot of fifty-fifty balls. Baker can score the ball and likes to get to the rim to do so. Her initial step is explosive. Baker has good ball handling skills and does a good job of getting the ball to the right person to score. She. can also score the ball herself. Her role on Palm Bay cant be minimized. She allowed [player_tooltip player_id='346835' first='Jaida' last='Civil'] to handle business on both sides of the ball.
