Kylin is going to be a solid guard for Clarkston this winter. She shoots well from three-point range, makes the effort plays, and moves to open space. Kylin was locked in from beyond the arc, burying two corner triples and another from the wing. She snagged offensive rebounds and hit the deck to tie up a 50/50 ball. Kylin showed promising qualities at the Swartz Creek Summer League on Tuesday.

Bella climbed our rankings in the latest update and she had a dominant day at the Swartz Creek Summer League with Clarkston on Tuesday. Bella is a bulldog in the paint, she keeps working to gain the advantage and is a relentless rebounder. Bella secured and score many offensive rebound putbacks in traffic with both hands off two feet. She dished a left-handed assist to an open teammate and used excellent pivot moves to create the separation she needed to score around the basket. Bella stuffed the stat sheet with an 18 point performance in her second game.

Reagan is extremely shifty with the ball in her hands, and she had an impressive day for Genesee Christian at the Swartz Creek Summer League on Tuesday. Reagan used quick crossovers to beat defenders for layups and cause fouls that put her on the free-throw line. She drove by with a burst to score a layup off two feet and dropped in a contested floater. One of her highlight reel plays was a nasty crossover spin dribble contested floater off the glass. Raegan took a defensive rebound the length of the court to score another contested layup--her elusive handles, soft finishes, and court vision were on full display.

Maizee is an incoming freshman who has a bright future ahead of her at Davison. She caught a pass with her feet balanced and buried a three-pointer from the wing. Maizee crashed the boards to secure multiple offensive rebounds and made an excellent entry pass for an assist. She used textbook box-out technique on a long shot attempt to keep her girl from securing the rebound and finished a full-speed layup with her left hand.

Sydney will be a great addition to the Goodrich back court in year one and a major contributor over the next four years. She has shifty handles and quickness off the dribble that makes her very effective in the offense. Sydney beat her defender off the dribble to score a layup and scored another in transition. She created steals with her pesky pressure and active hands. Sydney is a threat from three-point range and an incoming freshman to have on your radar.

Ava was very effective with the ball in her hands on Tuesday at the Swartz Creek Summer League. She swished a triple from the wing and ripped the net again with a smooth corner triple off the hop. Ava snagged a steal and dished a pass on the money for an assist. She handled the ball confidently with both hands, attacked downhill with quick bursts, and kicked the ball out to open shooters. Ava did a great job of not forcing passes or shots; she made the right decisions and patiently executed the offense. Ava will be an important contributor to Clarkston this winter.

Nia was a sparkplug on both ends for Davison at the Swartz Creek Summer League on Tuesday. Her lateral pushout dribbles, inside-outs, and shifty crossovers created the space she needed to beat pressure. Nia split defenders with a dribble-burst to score a contested left-handed layup and jumped a hand-off for the steal, then took it the distance for two points. She stopped on a dime, froze the defender with a stutter, and drove by for the layup. Nia made a nice backdoor cut and evaded a defender with a euro-step to score the layup. She hustled to block a shot in transition after a turnover and energized the team with her defensive presence.
