[player_tooltip player_id='863122' first='Bre' last='VanDenTop'] is a multiple sport athlete, that will be taking her talents to the next level to compete at D2 Volleyball over her next 4 years. As you could imagine, VanDenTop is someone that comes in at 5'10 with some impressive athletic ability. She seems to understand her roles within her programs and how to play them to a T. She also understands that less is more. She is naturally crafty at times and that seems to come from just natural instinct. I hoping that VanDenTop finishes off her career on the varsity floor as a hooper this Winter but who knows. Sometimes committed prospects won't take the chance so we will have to wait and see.

Forest City is going to put up some big numbers and respectable wins over the next couple of years with who they have rising within their ranks. Someone out of their 2026 Class, that is seeming to get more and more attention as we move into the Fall is PF/C - [player_tooltip player_id='1091996' first='Jenna' last='Dontje']. Dontje is their force in the paint. Their bruiser and converter down-low at 6'0. This is a prospect that can score it an efficient rates in between the blocks, she can rebound on both ends, and she does her work early within the possession. As of most recently, Dontje received an offer from D3 - Coe College. A really nice offer to a program that is creating a winning culture year by year. I'm not sure where Dontje will end up when her high school career comes to close but Coe is a great option to have.

[player_tooltip player_id='996531' first='Miylie' last='Zomer'] of Rock Valley High School stepped up several times last Winter to be one of her team's top dawgs. Zomer, a 5'11 SF, played off her team's guard action all season long and she is going to get the chance to do that one more time this upcoming season for her Senior year. Zomer has a mixture of size, balanced coordination, body control, and a great attitude. She is always giving it her all under neath, basically doing whatever she can to help the cause really. This Winter Zomer won't be their main shot taker or maker but she will be in the conversation again for being one of the most productive players on her own team and within her conference. Those are things she should be proud of and things that will help her team win some games in the long run.

It's obvious that [player_tooltip player_id='1223622' first='Lily' last='Barker'] of CR Washington has some skill to her game and she has just been overshadowed the last few seasons. Barker looks to me more like a SG than anything else. She has a fundamental shooting stroke off the catch on the outside with the ability to put it on the floor if she is over-played. Barker is also sound in the aspects on defending, rebounding, and facilitating. I wouldn't say she is a natural in these things but she works hard at all of them and the production because of that is noticeable. CR - Washington will return a lot of hoopers from last year this upcoming season. If they build off of what they put into place a year ago, they are going to be excited with where it takes them at the end of the day. No doubt about it.

[player_tooltip player_id='782505' first='Grace' last='Richter'] of Maquoketa Valley High School will return for one more go-around as a Senior this upcoming season. Richter, a 5'9 SF, has been a constant source of energy inside the paint for her program. Offensively, when they let her work with her back to the basket in space, she is better than average. She can hit her defender with a powerful move going up and over or she can hit them with a counter move into something else if they happen to cut her off. Defensively, disciplined and patient. She doesn't fall for make fakes and she always seems to be in the right place at the right time for a stop. All in all, If MV wins any games this year, a main reason for that will behind the place of [player_tooltip player_id='782505' first='Grace' last='Richter'] and her production.
