Her energy, confidence, and overall effectiveness were noticeably higher than in the previous seasons. Washington scored effectively on the inside, played tough defense, and consistently prevented easy baskets. She appeared much more intentional and aware in everything she did on the floor. Her understanding of the offense and defense was evident, and she embraced a leadership role by helping put teammates in the right positions. Washington was active on the glass, securing offensive rebounds and defensive boards while also initiating the break when the opportunities were there. More than anything, Washington looked like a more complete player. Her growth in confidence, decision-making, and overall impact was evident throughout the game, making her one of the night’s standout performers.

Tania Washington Tania Washington 6'0" | PF/C Paxon School for Advanced Studies | 2027 FL is another under the radar player who not only caught our attention at media day, but also with her performance during the Fall and at the recent Flagler ID showcase. Washington has good height and is versatile on the defensive end. She rebounds well and and does a good job of getting the ball to her ball handlers. Washington defends well against forwards and centers. Her speed, length, and height make her a solid versatile defender.
