Rilee Karbgo made her presence felt during the live period in Virginia by doing the work that doesn’t always show up in the scoring column. She does a good job around the basket, scoring efficiently and finishing in the paint. Kargbo rebounds well, has good size, and plays with a strong motor on both ends of the floor. Her versatility allows her to play both the four and five positions, giving her team flexibility in the frontcourt. She also made several nice plays during the state championship run, showing she can contribute in big moments. One of Kargbo’s strengths is that she stays within her game and is a reliable presence on the floor.

Rilee Kagrbo continued to show value as a physical presence who contributes in multiple areas. She was active on the glass, using positioning and strength to secure rebounds, and consistently competed in traffic. Her ability to play through contact stood out, particularly in contested situations. Offensively, she played well in the pick-and-roll, showing soft hands and the ability to finish or make reads. She also demonstrated a reliable mid-range jumper, showing she can adjust to the way defenses are playing her.

She was solid on her defensive assignments, and offensively hit some key baskets as the game was going back and forth. As a junior, Kargbo has positioned herself as a key frontcourt piece heading into next season. With her physicality, consistency, and ability to produce in high-pressure moments, she projects to take on an even larger role moving forward.

Rilee Karbgo is a presence on the floor and showed some really good signs in the middle of the defense. Karbgo is still developing an offensive game, but she rebounds well and frees up her teammates at the top with solid screens. Karbgo does a good job of communicating on the court.  She also was effective in passing the ball to her shooters on the perimeter.
