I dropped 25 of the top 2024 players I've seen, many multiple times like [player_tooltip player_id="161562" first="Gwendlyn" last="McGrew"] who I've already stated was a #BCSLock and will make Top 10 National run in spite of the political games many players will have a chance to run into as their careers progress yet I'll always drop what I see, I'm a genius with no hidden agenda so I'm going to take a look at the first set of point guards, some can play multiple positions, McGrew can actually play all of them but here's what I see right now. I'll be adding players as we move forward, try and familiarize yourself on events I cover, I've made things easy and simplified for years yet I just SMH especially when a club coach or director fails to turn in a COMPLETE roster ad always remember, it's a science but not rocket science
[player_tooltip player_id="158878" first="Aniah" last="Alexis"]-Cy Fair (Waller HS)
Alexis showed me she could score, either attacking the basket or hitting the mid to long-range playing in a middle school tournament yet even though the competition wasn't strong, I'm not a novice at this and I immediately saw what I was looking at. Her upside is scary, she is going to create some issues in high school but her BB-!Q, ballhandling under pressure and ability to see the floor is why she's on this list
[player_tooltip player_id="385705" first="Jerriyah" last="Baines"]-Super Girls
Baines stock could go up, up and away because of her "ups", athleticism and that ballhandling going full speed but she controls tempo, plays within herself and sees the floor either running the set or just running, pushing the ball, and hitting teammates on the money for easy baskets
[player_tooltip player_id="158882" first="Heather" last="Baymon"]-Houston United
Baymon made my Tip Sheet the first time I saw her and if you read what I said 2 years ago, you'll understand why I say there is no "me" because there isn't. Her progression has been steady, she can definitely score multiple ways but being under control and running a team is there
[player_tooltip player_id="158849" first="Madison" last="McKinnon"]-Fredricksburg Pride (Fredricksburg HS)
McKinnon made my Tip Sheet the first time I saw her as well, BB-IQ beyond her years is what I said, I get a kick out of actually going back and read what I said when time permits but her BB-IQ continues to amaze me as she's a prototype PG that can score if that makes any sense. What does make sense is that she can simply take over a game without scoring, that's impressive as well as her HS going to state this year, trust me, the legend is coming
[player_tooltip player_id="158877" first="Skye" last="Pepp"]-Cy Fair
"Pepp" in her step, yes I know how it's spelled but she has that "extra" and when I saw her flying through the "Skye", you just can't teach this. Her pushing the ball going full speed and elevating for the midrange is among the best in this 2024 group that I've seen, her first step is devastating yet she sees the floor and threads the needle on her passes, on the break at that yet she also defends and plays that passing lane
