SC Live: Guards That Made A Lasting Impression

Carter is a play maker that can beat you off of the dribble or pass. She has a mean crossover that leads into a pull up jumper that she knocks down consistently. Defensively, she will work the opposing ball handler in a full court pressing defense. Colbie has a nice shot from beyond the arc and can create her own shot as well. Tianah has an excellent build and is physically strong. She can take bumps and finish with contact as she attacks the rim. Her size allows her to post up smaller guards. Hopper also displays a very nice stroke from the perimeter. She is a prolific three level scorer, solid defender, rebounder and makes good decisions on the court. Downey can knock down the three ball with ease. She is very confident and accurate with her perimeter shot. She also does a good job of attacking the basket and is strong enough to be able to handle contact. Her team was down eight points in less than two minutes, and she scored four straight baskets and a free throw to seal the game. She made shifty and crafty moves to get to the bucket and finish.
