stayed composed despite physical play. She attacked the rim effectively, earned trips to the free-throw line, and handled contact in transition without backing down. Tatum played very well over a three game period and showcased a nice shooting touch from the perimeter. Her defense was very good and she showed a lot of speed and an ability to play physical on both ends of the floor.

continues to get better and better, and one thing that stands out is her ability to rise to the moment. She can knock down the three, make plays in transition, and impact the game in multiple ways. She’s effective in crunch time, defends well, and can get to the rim to score. With a reliable jump shot and strong basketball IQ, Tatum is a versatile guard who understands how to impact the game on both ends of the floor.

knocked down 4 threes in one game this week to earn player of the game. Then she comes out and helps lead Potters House to a victory against Power House Bolles. Tatum is a clutch young player who plays well in the big moments. Sometimes it’s a defensive play – like a steal and coast-to-coast layup through contact. The sophomore guard is a playmaker who makes game-changing plays and it’s not just sometimes. Her game has grown to the point where you know she is going to make something happen – as she did against Bolles in the “game of the week”.

competes in it. What separates her isn’t just skill — it’s her mindset. She has an ability to take challenges and turn them into fuel. Tell her she can’t do something, and she’ll quietly go out and prove you wrong and smile as if there wasn’t any extra motivation. Tatum embraces competition in every setting and never backs down, no matter who’s across from her. She has been doing that since the 8th grade when she played a key role to help her team get to the final 4 in Lakeland. In Louisville this summer, Tatum carried her “underdog mentality” into the Run for the Roses tournament and walked away with an “All Tournament” selection, showing once again that her game elevates when the stage gets tougher. She’s the kind of player who thrives in the moment — driven by a quiet competitiveness and an inner fire that you can’t coach.

doesn’t just play to win — she expects to. In addition to the mental game, she can shoot the three with consistency, can get to the rim, she is fast and can lock down guards and forwards. Tatum has the physical and the mental game and college coaches are paying attention. She has several D-1 offers and Tatum didn’t just get better- her game is still expanding.

Kennedi has jumped up double-digit spots in the rankings and cracked the Top 25 and even received her first D1 offer from USC Upstate over the summer. Her energy, effort, and versatility will continue to keep her near the top of this 2028 list. She rebounds the ball well for her position, plays tough defense, and shares the rock unselfishly with her teammates which can be three rare things that colleges love to see. PHCA will be a team to watch this year!

(cover photo- center) brought a fiery competitive edge to the camp. Tatum set the tone every time she stepped on the court. Her defensive tenacity, quickness, and athleticism stood out as she hounded ball-handlers and disrupted passing lanes. Offensively, she attacked the rim with purpose and had the handles to create in the open floor. In transition, her speed and creative finishes kept defenders backpedaling.

just received her first offer along with her sister Londyn. No surprises – the young Tatum has been on that projectory since the moment she stepped onto a high school court and started collecting signature “Ws” while just in the 7th grade. She helped her team get to the State Championship while still officially a middle schooler. Tatum brings tons to the table: athleticism, experience, a nice outside shot, a potent midrange, and an high basketball IQ. Tatum is coming off of an all-tournament performance in Louisville, but that was to be expected. She is use to the big moments and the accolades that come with it. She has been there and done that since Day 1.

(cover photo) is a gem in the 2028 class whose breakout moment is coming fast. While not as under-the-radar as others on this list, her status is about to take off. Tatum is a heady, high-energy guard with a high basketball IQ and a motor that doesn’t stop. Defensively, she’s disruptive both on the ball and in the passing lanes—racking up steals and setting the tone with pressure. Offensively, Tatum thrives in transition, whether she’s pushing the pace, filling the lanes, or dishing to the cutter. Tatum brings relentless energy, play making ability, and tons of big-game experience. Her presence is felt every time she steps on the floor.

is a young baller who has stepped it up in the first half of the travel season and has really shined. Tatum is a total team player who makes the right basketball play and celebrates team results and not personal results. Her recognition of game situation is what impresses me. She reads the play well and plays with great instinct. Tatum can score when she needs to. She has a smooth three point shot, she attacks the rim with purpose, and has a nice float game. Tatum has played on varsity for several years, has been part of some high-stakes moments, including a trip to the final four in Lakeland. She was a great role player then, but now she has expanded her skill-set and will have more responsibility on the floor. She has now broken out and will be a player to contend with for the next few years.

has played with the big girls for several years and found herself in Lakeland in her 8th grade season making huge contributions to her team’s success. Tatum is a lock down defender and force in the transition game. The young Tatum glides up and down the floor and is a player to keep your eye on. Tatum is familiar with the big game and the big game environment. She has help lead a few upsets in her young career: she helped take down a highly ranked Bolles Varsity team while still in middle school and at the beginning of her Freshman year, she helped her team upset a talented St Thomas Aquinas team at the Inside Exposure tournament. Tatum is competitive and fueled by the big games and ranking lists. She will be on a mission this travel season, but she has been here before.
