was one of the top young athletes in the building, and her ability to score at all three levels made her a strong top-10 candidate among everyone I watched at the event. Carbert is smooth with the basketball, but what separates her is her ability to get downhill and finish at the rim with creativity. She can maneuver around defenders, change angles, and find different ways to finish once she gets into the paint. Her impact was also evident defensively. Carbert defended the ball well, showing quick feet and the lateral movement needed to keep opposing guards from consistently getting downhill. With her combination of athleticism, scoring versatility, creativity, and two-way ability, Carbert was a definite standout and appears poised for a major year.

emerged as one of the biggest surprises on the First Coast this summer. The young prospect has the potential to become one of the top players in her class. She plays with poise beyond her years, can handle the ball in transition, run the point, score on the wing, attack the basket, and consistently knock down the mid-range jumper. Add in her athleticism, defensive versatility, and continued development, and she gives Ribault a player who can impact winning in a lot of different ways.

burst onto the scene and has been one of the biggest surprises of the summer, especially her skill level for a sophomore. Carbert can handle the ball with confidence and has an array of moves to gain the advantage over a defender. Carbert can attack from either side, she is shifty, and can score in a variety ways: the floater, the layup, and the pull-up in the paint. Her athleticism stands out, and she definitely utilizes it with her speed and explosiveness. The young guard has been dynamic and the summer owes her a great deal of gratitude. Hold the applause- there is more summer ball to be played.

was walking tall after the shootout and rightfully so. The 2029 guard was one of the most polished guards in her class. Her game has elitism written all over it. She can handle the rock and can control the flow of the offense. She can play isolation ball, play in the pick and roll, and make good decisions with the ball. She can move to the two and attack off the bounce, pull-up for the three, or maneuver to the rim for a closer shot. The young guard does so with finesse and can play through contact when necessary. The young guard was also special on defense, playing on the ball and in the lanes. She can push the break or fill the lane and is a terror in transition. Carbert’s game is smooth and elite. If you didn’t know her before the shootout, now you do.

turned in an impressive performance at the FABC Showcase, displaying a well-rounded skill set on both ends of the floor. The young guard showed the ability to get to the rim, pull up in the midrange, and create opportunities for teammates with her court vision. Carbert was particularly effective in the pick-and-roll, consistently making smart decisions and delivering pinpoint passes. Defensively, she was equally impactful, applying pressure on the ball and creating disruption in the passing lanes. Her combination of playmaking, decision-making, and defensive activity made her one of the more impressive guards at the FABC Showcase.

This was my first time seeing Bella and she left a strong impression. She has good length and stands out as a bouncy athlete who moves well in space. Her athleticism gives her upside on both ends of the floor and allows her to impact the game in a variety of ways. What caught my attention most was her feel as a passer. Bella made good reads in pick-and-roll situations and consistently delivered passes at the right angle to create scoring opportunities for her teammates. She showed a strong understanding of spacing and timing which helped keep the offense flowing. Bella is a prospect with intriguing tools and one I will be looking forward to seeing more of in the future.
