Rising from 27th to 15th overall, Bradley earned a spot on the Kentucky Junior All Star Team and is one of the most consistent players in the Senior class. Dea is a two way player at the guard spot and has the athleticism to play some serious on ball defense. She’s not just a scorer.
Often times, new names are plugged in at the back end of the rankings as a place holder until we get better evaluations on them. That’s the case with Natajia. She moves up from 125th to 21st and could rise more in the future. Bowling Green has quite a bit of rebuilding to do this season but Alexander getting a bigger role could be a blessing for both her and the Purples as she has waited her turn and should be ready to break out.
Leandra climbs 50 spots as she moves from 75 all the way up t0 25 in this update. Coming off a season where she took more of a secondary role on a veteran Lawrence County team, Curnutte is having a very good AAU season and looks like she’s primed for a big Senior season where she should have the ball in her hands a lot. With the ability to make plays for herself or others, look for her stock to take off this season.
Highlights
Climbing 16 spots from 48th to 32nd overall, Knox is a lot like Curnutte in the sense that she is in line for a massive boost in role and production as a Senior. Damysia was limited to 13 games as a Junior but should be 100% when her Senior season starts. She’s a playmaker at the point guard spot who is at her best when she’s getting downhill and getting paint touches. Look for Damysia to have a big boost in stats and overall production this winter.
