She's grown into a true point guard, and it's exciting to see. Her ball handling is excellent, and her vision and passing are fantastic. She makes a lot of tough shots, and she can create shots for herself all day.rnShe is a pretty good athlete and very effective in transition. She had 14 in a 19-point victory over St. Andrews, then was even better in their second game against Holy Child, putting in 18 points and 7 rebounds. She did it efficiently, too, only taking 11 shots.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_1_player_details_player_name":"Dru Carlton ","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_1_player_details_graduating_class":"2026","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_1_player_details_height":"5'8u0022","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_1_player_details_position":"12121","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_1_player_details_school":"Bishop O'Connell","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_1_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_1_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_1_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Dru had a rough first game against St. Andrews but bounced back in a big way against Holy Child. Dru was automatic; she hit 6 of her 9 threes and finished with 24 points. Dru is a good athlete as well and thrives in transition. I like her ability off the ball, and even when the shots weren't falling in game 1, you could tell that at some point, shots were going to fall with her confidence.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["239390"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"It's a real shame that Caliyah Devillesee got hurt because she performed fantastically in her first game against Holy Child. She was efficient as both a passer and scorer. Her shot creation was impressive all game, and Holy Child didn't have an answer for her. She finished with 17 points on 8/10 shooting and 5 assists. She only had 1 turnover, so coupling that with the fact that she missed only 2 shots makes her stat line that much better.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["304356"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Jaeda Wilson is someone that, if you take 5 minutes to watch, you'll notice that she is a superb basketball player. In Holy Childs's first game against Good Counsel, Jaeda carried her team offensively. She had 23 of her team's 47 points and knocked down 7 3s. In her second game against Bishop O'Connell, her jump shot wasn't falling as much, so she made more of an effort to get into the paint and did an excellent job at scoring inside, finishing with 18 points. Her ball handling, passing, and overall feel for the game are outstanding.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["383500"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"One of my favorite things about [player_tooltip player_id='383500' first='Catherine' last='LeTendre'] is her versatility. She can play so many positions and play them effectively. Catherine had an impact on almost every facet of the game. She was active on defense, active on the glass, and aggressive in getting to the rim, which helped her get to the line 14 times in 2 games. She finished with 18 points in a loss against Mt. Zion to go along with six rebounds, then had 12 points and six rebounds in a win against George School.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_5_player_details_player_name":"[player_tooltip player_id='816642' first='Zora' last='Burrell'] ","_player_evaluations_5_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_5_player_details_graduating_class":"2025","_player_evaluations_5_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_5_player_details_height":"5'7u0022","_player_evaluations_5_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_5_player_details_position":"12125","_player_evaluations_5_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_5_player_details_school":"Potomac School","_player_evaluations_5_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_5_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_5_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_5_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_5_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"One of the day's biggest surprises to me was how good [player_tooltip player_id='816642' first='Zora' last='Burrell'] was. She was fantastic early against Mt. Zion, providing energy and knocking down a few threes. Then she put up a monster performance against George School, putting together 22 points and 11 rebounds. What was so amazing about Zora is she only took 15 shots from the field in both games COMBINED. She still managed 33 points because she got to the line and made 4 of her 5 threes. Zora is tenacious and skilled and was terrific the whole day.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_player":["633711"],"_player_evaluations_6_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"Sabrina had a rough first game, but something caught my eye. Mt. Zion pressed Potomac the whole game, and the player Potomac relied on was a rising freshman in [player_tooltip player_id='633711' first='Sabrina' last='Anderson']. Sabrina missed many shots she should make and didn't play great, but their trust in her at so young is telling. In Potomac's second game, Sabrina dominated. She had 21 points, only 1 turnover, and poured in 4 threes. Sabrina is beyond her years as a basketball player and is the total package.","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_7_player":["319893"],"_player_evaluations_7_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"Mt. Zion won their first game against Potomac because of how relentless they were on the glass. A lot of that has to be attributed to Tiayo Adelkan. She grabbed what seemed like every rebound near her and finished through defenders all game. She finished with 17 points and 16 rebounds.","_player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_8_player":["363332"],"_player_evaluations_8_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_8_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_8_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_8_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_8_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_8_evaluation":"Jniya Weaver had a hard-earned 20-point game against PVI. She worked hard all game and reached the line 12 times, converting 9. She was great on the glass, hauling in 10 rebounds, and her overall tenacity and commitment to get to the rim were the biggest catalysts for her big night.","_player_evaluations_8_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_9_player":["384799"],"_player_evaluations_9_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_9_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_9_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_9_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_9_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_9_evaluation":"Yahmani McKayle was great all day at attacking the rim and finishing. She had an efficient 15 against St. Frances in a win. Then against Virginia Academy, she had 22, but in a game as low scoring as that one, that 22 felt like a lot more. Yahmani also made a lot of timely shots when Virginia Academy started to go on runs.","_player_evaluations_9_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":10,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-648d3b841aa60"} /-->
