The Division 1 Final 4 was one for the ages. We saw legendary players finish their career in legendary ways. We saw elite young talent. We saw the return of one of the greatest coaches to ever call Michigan home. There was everything. We're going to give you the D1 Most Outstanding Player and Honorable Mentions from the Final 4.

MOST OUTSTANDING PLAYER

I'm cheating on this one. There's no way I'm choosing between these 2 stars.

[player_tooltip player_id='244267' first='Summer' last='Davis'] and [player_tooltip player_id='244266' first='Indya' last='Davis'] (West Bloomfield)

The future Georgia Bulldogs showed why they're considered elite national prospects. Summer averaged 18 points and 4 assists in the 2 games. Indya averaged 14 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. Plus, she hit the triple heard around the midwest. Being named the Final 4 Most Outstanding Player seems a fitting exit from Michigan high school basketball for 2 all-time greats like Indya and [player_tooltip player_id='244267' first='Summer' last='Davis'].

HONORABLE MENTIONS

[player_tooltip player_id='417883' first='Chelsea' last='Bishop'] (Grand Blanc): Bishop capped off a tremendous high school basketball career the right way. She led her Grand Blanc squad to a state title game. In that game, she scored a game high 20 points and added 7 boards.

[player_tooltip player_id='924008' first='Kate' last='Higgins'] (Rockford): Higgins had a huge semifinal game and put the state on notice. She finished with a 11 point and 13 rebound double-double. Her 5 offensive boards created a lot of opportunities.

[player_tooltip player_id='419538' first='Rayven' last='McQueen'] (Grand Blanc): McQueen's semifinal performance was more than critical to her team advancing to the finals. She shot 66% from the field on her way to 12 points. McQueen added 6 rebounds as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='807274' first='Sydney' last='Savoury'] (Belleville): Savoury is just getting started and that's a scary thing for opponents statewide. On the biggest of stages in the Final 4, she scored a game high 24 points and added 6 rebounds. 4 of those boards were offensive.

[player_tooltip player_id='335990' first='Destiny' last='Washington'] (West Bloomfield): Washington efficiently got the ball to it's spots and averaged 4.5 assists over the weekend. Washington played stellar defense against Rockford, grabbing 3 steals in a game where every possession was critical.

[player_tooltip player_id='420486' first='Anna' last='Wypych'] (Rockford): This Rockford team isn't going away anytime soon. Not with Wypych on the roster. She grabbed 6 boards and was Rockford's leading scorer with 20 points.
