Watching Dillard never disappoints. She's a long armed guard who plays with defensive swagger that leads to her racking up "stocks". The feisty guard will chase down fellow guards to reject their shots, deflect sloppy passes and make life difficult for ballhandlers with physical on the ball defense. Her dominating mindset carries over to the offensive end where she's a terror off the bounce and is a plus offensive rebounder for a guard. Here's one example of the advantages she's always looking to create. Following a drive and kick to an open shooter, she immediately went and got position for an offensive rebound. It's little plays like that which add up and make her impact the game in a loud way.

McKennie is a long armed forward prospect who looks like she plays on a trampoline. She often is the first off the floor for rebounds that she snatches away by high pointing the ball. That carries over to her timing and reading the game as a shot blocker. She's a defensive specialist who competes and produces like a taller forward. Was quieter offensively in the second half of the game watched, but did knock down a corner three with confidence.

When watching Bugaj this past season for El Reno, she was more of an off ball threat who picked her spots. With the Aces on Sunday morning, it was a better display of her floor general traits. She got her team into sets, while also being able to navigate through the defense. On drives she stays controlled and gets deep into the paint (where she's a solid finisher), forcing the defense to commit. Which then allows her to slip tight angle passes to teammates around the rim or kick it out to open shooters. With the graduation of El Reno's previous lead guard, it was a good preview to see Bugaji excel at controlling the game like she will this winter.

Plunkett has been one of the risers these past six months, because of her strong versatility. Especially on the defensive end. She held her own against taller and stronger players, with strong fundaments and her plus wingspan. Her jumper wasn't falling in the half watched but the fluidity and promise of her movements to become more of a wing on offense is clearly there. As long as her motor continues to run hot and skill development continues out of games, the upside is there for her to add to her recent D2 offers. With possibly even D1 schools.

Mobile forward who played the role of defensive anchor and scrapper for a guard based Aces team. Showed good understanding of angles and lateral movement as a help defender. Knowing when to slide over and cut off gaps. Even capable of keeping up with guards in transition. Has a rugged mentality to go along with her plus athleticism. Good example of how embracing and staring in a role can lead to individual and team success.
