Baker played well this season and help lead her team to a number 1 seed in her team’s region. Baker averaged 9 points this season and 6.8 rebounds per game. On defense, she also averaged 1.8 steals per game and 1.2 blocks per game. Baker has the ability to put up big numbers on occasion. She had a 22 point game and a 14 rebound game this past season. Baker is the X factor and a game like this could advance Bishop Kenny further into the playoffs

Abby Baker Abby Baker 5'10" | PF Bishop Kenny | 2025 State FL has really turned it on over the past few games, including a monster game with 20 points and 17 boards. Baker has consistently given her team an inside presence with her play. She has poured in 8 points per game and averaged nearly 7 rebounds per game. In addition to scoring and hitting the glass, Baker has been impressive with her ball IQ, her competitive nature, and her ability to pass the ball to her perimeter players from the post. Baker could actually post a triple double with the prolific shooters on her team. She is one of the most unheralded forwards in the 2025 class. Her stock continues to rise.

With the exit of one of the best forward combinations in the State (Roundtree and Coyle), Baker will be called on to give the Crusaders a presence in the middle, especially on the defensive end. Baker has good size, and she can rebound the ball. If she had any teammates other than Roundtree and Coyle, her rebound numbers would have doubled. Baker will be one of the Seniors on the team and will provide a great deal of leadership. Baker is expected to have a breakout season. She has the tools and the experience.
