About Adah
Expert Analysis
Brandon Bradley | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Adah is a highly sought after prospect in Indiana’s 2027 class, essentially because she possesses good size and strength, plus she is skilled and has a high basketball IQ. Last weekend, she looked a little more explosive, and she did a nice job of rim-running and catching-to-finish in transition. In the halfcourt, she can play with physicality and enforce her will on opponents, plus she has soft hands and can finish with a variety of moves. Additionally, she is a nice pick-and-pop ‘5’ who can knock down the 3-pointer consistently, but she’s also an accurate and underappreciated passer.

has the tools to become one of Indiana’s top post players in the 2027 class. Hupfer impacts the game physically through rebounding, rim protection, and efficient scoring around the basket.
She establishes strong post position offensively and alters shots defensively while protecting the paint at a high level. Her presence changes the way opponents attack the basket and provides stability for Pendleton Heights on both ends of the floor. As her offensive versatility and footwork continue improving, Hupfer has the potential to become one of the state’s premier centers.

helped lead Pendleton Heights to another sectional championship with a dominant performance on both ends of the floor. She controlled the glass throughout the night and was a constant presence in the paint.
Hupfer finished the championship game with 31 points and 12 rebounds, setting the tone physically and offensively. Her ability to score through contact while consistently rebounding at a high level continues to make her one of the most impactful players in her class.
She will now look to add a regional championship to her résumé as Pendleton Heights prepares to face Center Grove (25–0) next Saturday. With two high-level teams matching up, the game should provide an equal level of competition and be one to watch.

. She brings good size and strength to the lineup, and she can operate as a traditional post, as she has great hands, a soft touch, and she can play with the physicality to bury a defender on the block. She can also step outside and play almost like a European “big”, knocking down rhythm 3-pointers, hitting cutters with passes on time and on target, plus she can even put it on the floor a couple of dribbles and get somewhere productively. Adah is averaging 20.4 points and 13.4 rebounds per game, while shooting 40% (22-55) from 3-point range. She holds several Division I offers.

is widely regarded as the top center in Indiana’s Class of 2027. She brings a commanding presence to the floor, capable of finishing on both sides of the rim and using a sharp one-dribble spin move to create scoring opportunities. This past summer marked a major step forward in her development while playing for
IGB
GUAA, earning her 15 Division I offers from programs including Butler, Ball State, Bradley, Northern Kentucky, and more.
Adah stands out as one of the best players in Pendleton Heights history. Last season, she averaged 13.5 points and 13.6 rebounds per game, finishing as the team’s second-leading scorer behind Kaycie Warfel. She also played a key role in guiding Pendleton to its first sectional championship since 2011. With Adah on the roster, Pendleton Heights is positioned to compete for another title.

Adah has really impressed me with her growth as a player over the past year. She has always been bigger and stronger than many of her peers, but now she’s using that, combined with improved footwork and good hands, to out-execute defenders on the low block. She has also shot the ball well facing the basket to the 3-point line. The next step is going to be building more balance and versatility out on the floor at the defensive end, especially vs. ball screens.

The 2027 class is blessed with a lot of size throughout, but Adah strikes me as someone who has greatly improved since last year. She has always been a strong kid, but she also has skill and likes to float around sometimes and shoot jumpers. I think this IGB team has been good for her, as she’s starting to utilize her physicality a lot more and allow her interior play to open up her perimeter shot some. She has certainly drawn her share of Division I attention.
