Cole is one of the most underrated guards in the state, not by me because I have seen her do some magical things in the past see evaluations here yet watching her masterfully ignite her team in the playoffs and turn the game around playing the passing lane, drop jumpers and score off the dribble was exciting. Although they came up short, it was nice to see her “bring it”

Cole will be elevated on my next rankings update, as she came in off the bench to give her squad a spark, and when I speak about players changing the momentum, she did just that and kept the energy going throughout the game. She blew by defenders for buckets both in transition as well as in the set, and she played tough “on the ball” defense

Cole continues to show she can hurt opposing teams in multiple ways. Her defense was solid, both in the set and full-court but her court vision off the dribble and in half-court played a part in their victory. Her “catch and shoot” three also needs to be mentioned as she knocked it down to stop a run

Cole is still COLD with the ball and her numerous moves with the ball including the “shake and bake” had the defenders “needing help” yet her body control on her finishes, after contact had me smiling. She also saw the floor and did a good job rebounding

Cole gave me a glimpse of what was coming when I caught her with the Lady Thunder yet seeing her add more with her high school team early in the season had me smiling. Her explosiveness coupled with her upside is going to create some problems because she has a variety of moves to attack the basket, her spin is special as well as her change of pace. Body control and passing off the dribble are also nice

Cole is a freshman with some scary upside and the bits and pieces I catch each time I see her tells me she has the potential to be a player that can be a thorn in the side of defenders. She attacks the basket strongly with a powerful first step and finishes using nice body control
