would be the toughest player to stop for Conway (or so they thought). Bohanon took a back seat in the first half, allowing Jordan to take over offensively. However, Bohanon continued to be a threat in other areas of the game, along with being a major offensive factor in half number 2.
The #1 player in the class of 2025 put up 14 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, and 1 block. She had 9 points in the second half, knocking down 2 shots from beyond the arch. Bohanon also scored most of her other points from the free throw line. She was hitting just 50% of her foul shots at the half, but late in the game, she finally started finding the bottom of the net consistently.
Bohanon only had 3 field goals in the game, but she did a masterful job drawing fouls, especially in a game where the officiating was not exactly consistent. She took 5 trips to the charity stripe, but when she was not able to score inside, she looked to her teammates, involving them in the game.

is the top player in the class of 2025 in Arkansas, and she is the best player on this Conway team. The Central Arkansas commit has continued to ball out this season, helping the Lady Wampus Cats solidify their spot at #17 in the country.
Bohanon was named the MVP of the Sandra Meadows Classic in Texas. During the tournament championship, Bohanon had 20 points in the 4-point victory. 20 points is impressive, but it is even more impressive knowing that Conway played earlier that day, and Bohanon scored 28 in a double-overtime victory over St. Francis out of Georgia. In fact, Conway played 5 games in 3 days, with Bohanon performing well in all 5 victories.
The jumpers have been falling for Bohanon this season. Whether it was from three or from mid-range, it seemed like she could not miss. She can pull up for a shot off the fastbreak or catch it and shoot. Conway runs a press that produces a lot of turnovers, and Bohanon is often at the receiving end of those newfound possessions.
If she is not the one stealing the ball, then she is the first one to run out in transition. Bohanon is a tough driver. She cannot be stopped by the defense as she will always find a way to finish inside. If she cannot get all the way to the rim, then she can shoot a floater over the defense.

is a fantastic two-way player for Conway, and she has helped this team land on the national map. The Lady Wampus Cats are the favorites to win the 6A title, and with Bohanon starring for them, there is little need for explanation.

immediately became the go-to player.
Bohanon was electric from inside and out. Throughout the evening, she showcased her deep-ball accuracy, nailing three triples at around a 50% or better clip. Her form looked effortless, and she was draining shots that were open, and heavily contested. Bohanon also showed her ability to take a couple of dribbles inside the arch and knock down some pull-up mid-range shots. She showed a lot of confidence from outside, but her confidence was even more evident when she drove in the lane.
Bohanon had a number of opportunities to drive the lane on her way to the basket, and she displayed her athleticism every time she barreled her way to the rim. Bohanon was able to finish through contact, and her attacking mindset never wavered during the game. She created some of her own offense on the fastbreak, as she was able to bat passes away and record easy transition points.

is one of the three UCA commits on this Conway roster, and it is not hard to see why she had so many other college offers. If Bohanon keeps playing this way, she will mess around and find herself as the top 2025 player in the state.

Emerie has truly matured in her game. Her quickness and ability to create in transition is one of the reasons University of Central Arkansas recruited this special player. Her open court defense sneaks up on teams who don’t see her in transition, which leads to her stealing the ball or even showing off her “hops” for a block. She has a good work ethic that shows every time she hits the floor. Her strength is shooting, and her development is her shot selection. Which is natural for her at the high school level. Shooters shoot and expect to see “Bo” rain in a lot of 3’s!

The spark off the bench that Conway needs. Her role was to come in the game apply good on-ball defense, force turnovers, get out on the break, and stretch the defense with her three-point shooting. The way Conway plays it suits her skill level and athleticism. She’ll have even more of an impact next year.
