Expert Analysis
Brady Peterson | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
The Eau Claire native is an excellent perimeter shooter who can knock down shots from the perimeter. Bast also excels at playing at her own pace and letting the game come to her. She makes the simple play every time and rarely makes mistakes with the ball. She isn’t flashy, but she helps elevate the lineup she’s on the floor with.

Bast, coming off of a terrific freshman season, where she earned All-Conference Honorable Mention in the Big Rivers, has continued that strong play into the summer season. With a consistent, repeatable form and quick release, Bast is showing that last season’s 40% shooting, from three, was not a fluke. With her solid all-around play, Bast makes up a solid nucleus of talent, for the Old Abes, that will give the BRC all they can handle this fall.
