About Evelyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Transitional post player I can run the floor I can post up I can shoot mid range and 3's I love defending the rim and keeping players out of the paint

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am hardworking and dedicated to becoming my best. I'm looking to learn and grow everytime I train or practice. I workout at home on off days without anyone reminding me because I know that's what it will take to become great.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Presidential Academic Recognition Award I'm involved in my church group and volunteer with my family for things like Feed My People and Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I enjoy helping at my church, especially with the younger kids in youth group. I also really like connecting with the teams I play on, to support everyone so we can all become our best.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Growing as tall and as fast as I have has been challenging. I love being tall but I also have to work harder on coordination, strength the protect my body from injury, and footwork. These are all challenges I have welcomed and dedicated myself to getting great at.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to play at the D1 level I'm still deciding which schools I'd like best. I am interested in kinesiology and personal/sports training.

There is plenty of room for growth on both ends of the floor, but sometimes there are players you can’t miss, physically and literally. We haven’t had a player like her in Wisconsin for a few years, and she has the tools to elevate to another level with some development, which she showed over the last 12 months.
