Grace Middleton Grace Middleton 5'6" | SG Tuscarora | 2023 State VA is a tremendous two-way basketball player. She has excellent hands on defense and is very quick. She can shoot the ball from 3, and her defense leads to her offense as she is terrific in transition. Grace averaged 19.8 PPG, 3.6 SPG, 6 RPG, and 2.8 APG heading into regionals. She was also named region 4c player of the year.

Another Tuscarora Husky that showed out this week was Senior guard Grace Middleton Grace Middleton 5'6" | SG Tuscarora | 2023 State VA . She had 12 against Millbrook, but what impressed me was her performance against Sheranado in the championship game. She got off to a rocky start in the first half, the biggest reason Tuscarora was down at the break. In the second half, Grace took over, knocking down a few threes and helping Tusky pull away. She finished with 22 points.

For the other guard position, I will go with Grace Middleton Grace Middleton 5'6" | SG Tuscarora | 2023 State VA . Grace averaged 19.8 PPG, 3.6 SPG, 6 RPG, and 2.8 APG heading into regionals. She was named first-team all-district and was named Dulles district player of the year. All year Grace showed her defensive ability and complete offensive game. She’s an excellent spot-up shooter and can play both guard positions.

Grace Middleton Grace Middleton 5'6" | SG Tuscarora | 2023 State VA was a beast all week, leading Tuscarora to a 3-0 week and winning the Dulles district championship. In the first round, Grace had 17 points and ten rebounds in a 35-point thumping of park view. In round 2, she had 19 points and six rebounds in a hard-fought win over Loudoun Valley. Then she put in an absolute gem vs. Heritage in the Dulles District Championship, scoring 33 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds. Grace is a fantastic defender and an outstanding athlete. She has excellent hands, and she is an all-around great basketball player.
