“At DC, seeing the floor in any capacity before you are an upperclassmen means that you can play. Straight up. That’s the reality of the situation. This program only compete with 5-7 kids per Varsity contest so minutes are “slim pickings”, if you will. Someone that I expect to see the floor by the time she gets to her Sophomore/Junior season could be Gwen Hulten Gwen Hulten 5'9" | CG Dowling Catholic | 2028 IA . Hulten stands at 5’9, she will only be a Freshman this Winter and she understands her role. She is definitely someone that thrives off of the ball and that’s okay. Within her high school program’s system, they will still be able to get her open looks in moderation, as long as she continues to get better as she gets older. At this event she had her moments and that’s all you can really ask for.”
