Bennington looked well seasoned last Winter with a very young group. They made the State Tournament and eventually fell to Skutt Catholic in the Semifinals. This season I predict this group will make it back to Lincoln once again. Something that is do-able but only if certain players do their part and come prepared for the season. Someone that will be a crucial factor in this equation is PG – Harper Bohaboj Harper Bohaboj 5'6" | PG Bennington | 2027 State NE . Bohaboj led this team last season as a Sophomore with 140 Assists on the year. (The next highest for this team being 80.) She also led the team in Steals as well. A lot of people call Basketball a position-less game today but I tend to disagree. When you have a true top Point Guard with natural vision, creative passing ability, and a calculated head on their shoulders who can adapt – there is nothing better and that’s what we have here. As long as Bohaboj is ready to ride, this group she continue to see a lot of success.
