Thomas, who has committed to Northern Kentucky, is dominant inside the paint! Her physicality, frame, and power she applies when looking to score near the rim is flat out tough! And she gets work done on the boards! (Below with ball)

In her first tournament with Always 100 3SSB, Thomas was extremely physical and aggressive on the interior. She is a powerful front-liner who loves to throw her body around, but she does work hard, she has soft hands, solid footwork, and she understands how to finish over/around taller, longer defenders. She could have a very impactful Spring & Summer with this group.

I really like Jamaya’s potential, and I think some school is going to get quite the steal in her. She is a broad-shouldered, powerful, physical, and aggressive true post. She has some length, soft hands, and she creates space and can finish with either hand around the rim. I think she plays much harder than anyone realizes, and she tends to find gaps and slip in behind defenders for easy scores. Defensively, she likes to establish position and use her strength to root out her opponents. For the next level, she will need to come out on the floor more to defend ball screens, but I think she will adapt quickly.

Jamaya is a big, strong, physical post presence who plays with a nice motor. She will rim-run, she likes to establish herself early around the block at both ends of the floor, and she does a nice job of using her frame to seal her position. She has good hands, she can create space with her frame, and she is a solid finisher inside. If she can showcase a consistent face-up game in the mid-post and short corners, it should help make her tougher to guard. Defensively, I do like her physicality and ability to rebound, even outside of her area, plus she’ll sit in a stance and move well laterally.
