Kenna will be a special talent to watch over the next four years. Her skill set alone has set her apart from others in this class, but to me, it’s the poise and maturity she shows that point to a D1 prospect. She’s strong on the offensive side of the ball when it comes to scoring, controlling the flow of the game, and staying active. Defensively, she’s adding to it and has the wingspan and focus to be near elite on that end as well. The game seems to come naturally for her, but there’s definitely evidence of extreme work being put in behind the scenes. LT is no stranger to having some of the best players in the state, and they’re about to showcase another one this year. Write this name down.

There is something special about this kid, and her talent is already well beyond where some freshmen have been in this state. She is not flashy or loud, but her skill set speaks for itself. In almost every game, she had a “WOW” moment, whether it was a pinpoint pass after an impressive read or a bucket at the rim where she got through and around contact without being fazed. She was picked up full court on almost every possession she brought the ball up and never seemed frustrated by the pressure. LT has a possible top 5 prospect in its program, and she will definitely be a player to watch over the next 3-4 years. Her upside is extremely high.

FRESHMAN SHOWCASE MVP

I’ve continued to hear a ton about Carroll’s talent, and the film I watched lines up with what I’m hearing. This will be the first time getting to see her live. The film showed a player who can get to her spots when she wants, a d player who doesn’t go more than she needs to get by her matchup, and a player who can play on and off the ball.

Kenna plays under control, has a great sense of knowing when to drive or when to take a shot from deep.  Fantastic footwork! Terrific movement without the ball with hands ready to catch and finish for two! Deep 3 from the top of the key!
