Even with being young, her body control when attacking the rim is above her years, and her IQ of how to switch in and out of scoring first and create for others is present and growing rapidly. This kid will be a part of a strong and talented future for Butler Prep. High potential.

Wellington has had a handful of people vouch for her as a true D1 prospect, and there’s no disagreement here from me. As BCP looks into a new way to run their offense, now that a couple of seniors are gone, it wouldn’t surprise me to see her get more reps on the offensive side of the ball, as well as defending the top players on the opposite team.
