Kinsley showed the fight and resilience of a champion, willing her team to victory with her play down the stretch. She went 3-for-4 from deep in the final quarter while also running the point. Kinsley consistently used ball screens to create space. She was equally effective creating her own shot off the dribble. This was highlighted by a smooth step-back jumper.

This was Mount De Sales first appearance at Pikesville, their second game in league play. I got to watch most of this game and came away very impressed with Kinsley. She dropped 20 points, including four three pointers against Indian Creek. She’s a fundamentally sound guard that can make shots from all over the court. She made some nice passes and was up in the mix on defense, scrapping for loose balls and rebounds.

Kinsley started off the games scoring with a three pointer but she wasn’t finished. The freshman showed her range hitting multiple three’s throughout the game breaking open a close game a setting up the blowout. She has a good feel for the game and is effective but doesn’t force the action.
