Makayla diving full out stretch for a loose ball gained my respect, Makayla weaving the full court through five defenders for a layup kept my attention. Then there was the Makayla that dribbled down into the pull-up jumper, and oh yes the Makayla that knocks down the three. Needless tot say we were impressed with Ms. Brooks on day one and are looking for more in the day two action.

Makayla showed well using the mid range pull up. She had a good touch off the dribble or the catch. She played mostly off the ball but was effective during her time at the point. She showed the form to stretch her shot out beyond the arc as she showcased well on her home floor.
