How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I love competing and running the court for a faster paced game. I use my speed to get down the court first for the easy offensive opportunities or to set up for a perimeter shot. Defensively, my speed continues to help keep the pace more up tempo and energetic while also controlled. I'm also a big communicator - maybe not the loudest, but I know how to connect to my teammates effectively!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm chasing the next Division 1 State Championship with my H.S. team. I'm really focused with my teammates to make the next 3 years unstoppable. I'm committed to the extra hours in the gym and preparing for the season. I can't wait. I love my teammates and I'm ready to get to work. Off the court, most would say I'm pretty disciplined and competitive. My Faith, Family, & Future keep me motivated!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Having been "brought -up" in our community & club basketball programs, I'm now honored to be giving back during the youth seasons. As a high schooler, I get to help referee and coach the youth games & basketball camps. It's been a joy to see my younger self in the players & know how important it is to help keep girls motivated to play and be fierce competitors. It was easy to step into that role.

What type of college are you looking for?

With academics a top priority for me, I'm most comfortable looking at Division 2 Colleges. I'd consider attending a larger school having experienced "Rockford University", but a smaller campus seems like a nice fit to help eliminate distractions or added stress of long commutes to classes. I love math & science so a school and team with a healthy academic balance will support my goals best.
