Fields recently concluded her 2026 club season with Lady Phoenix at Insider Exposure Summer Slam and is looking ahead to the upcoming high school season with Winston Salem Christian. She stands at 5-foot-11 and prides herself on her versatility considering she can play either in the backcourt or the frontcourt. Defensively, she does not leave much breathing room between herself and whoever she is guarding and understands when the correct moments are to score and to pass. She is a multi-sport athlete who also plays soccer and the agility needed for that sport can translate well to the basketball court. 

A forward that has a lot of upside. Morgan showed glimpses of greatness when she would post up in the paint. She was making up and under moves to get defenders off their feet then finding a way to step through and score. She also showed her skill by taking a reverse layup out of transition when the defender tried to cut her off. She is ablet to stretch the floor and be a spot up three-point shooter as well.

Morgan Fields Morgan Fields 5'10" | SF Winston Salem Christian | 2029 NC was showing how she can play anywhere on the court with her ability to post up on the block making herself a big target for the entry pass.  She can guard a range of players, too, handling things around the perimeter and battle on the block against post players.  Her ability to shoot all over the court makes her a tough assignment for any defender.

Morgan Fields Morgan Fields 5'10" | SF Winston Salem Christian | 2029 NC did well moving around the perimeter knocking down her shot from deep.  She crashed the boards on defense grabbing rebounds, and she did well bringing the ball up the court off these boards pushing the tempo.  She was excellent on defense playing tight on the ball making it difficult for opponents to get plays going.

A versatile forward who can score inside the paint area or outside on the perimeter. She has enough back to the basket moves to score over smaller defenders and find ways to get points on offensive putbacks. If bigger players are guarding her, she can stretch the floor and knock down threes. She is also good from the high post area where she can make one on one moves off the dribble.

Morgan Fields Morgan Fields 5'10" | SF Winston Salem Christian | 2029 NC was flashing to the block staying ready for the pass as she got into position without the ball.  She expands the floor on offense being able to hit her shot from around the arc.  She knows how to make her cuts effective getting to the open area and making the play.

Morgan has been quite the impressive freshman! A good 5’11 inside out player was the key piece in a dominate win by Winston-Salem Christian regional team. She was able to put up 16 points in a 60 to 22 win over South Iredell.

Morgan is a Freshman that is playing the Forward position for WSC. She is currently averaging 6 points and 4 rebounds and is one of the team’s top three-point shooters. Fields has a nice inside out game that allows her to be a mismatch problem when teams are playing man to man defense. She will be a name to remember as she continues to develop.

Morgan Fields Morgan Fields 5'10" | SF Winston Salem Christian | 2029 NC is another strong ball handler using ball fakes to create space whether it’s a jab step or shot fake.  Her wide stance is powerful on offense stepping around her defenders to score at the rim.  On defense, she uses that to protect the basket making sure her opponents can’t get by her.

Fields particularly shined in one-on-one drills when she consistently found was to score against an opposing defender. She may have the build of a frontcourt force but can be a backcourt beast with her ball-handling abilities. Fields also displays how versatile she can be as an attacker of the basket and an ability to play virtually anywhere on the floor. She stands at 5-foot-9. Her career has included a stint at Northside Christian and has since taken her to Winston Salem Christian. Fields is fresh off running with FBC Phoenix Future 16U in AAU, playing up in class in travel ball.
