She put together an impressive AAU season up until her injury, getting some interest from collegiate recruiters at a couple different levels. On this pace, when she returns she is going to be a key factor to her Bulldog team’s success. They will have two or three other big named prospects in their program but Contreras is someone that could be the anchor for her team when they need it. Everyone else is going to pay attention to those other big names and that’s going to allow Contreras to put up some meaningful numbers in the long run.
