Remy is another athlete who brings a lot to the table and should draw some attention this spring. One thing I love about her game is how hard she plays, her intensity and her work ethic is very solid. Offensively she does a great job bouncing off of screens and can hit the three with a super quick release making it difficult to defend. She’s also able to finish shots at the rim. Great distributor with handles, great court vision and a basketball IQ, which is high.

Largent is an elite shooter, and her range is almost limitless! When opponents see Remy in the position pictured below, you might as well head down the court because those are high percentage buckets for her! I love her energy and maturity she shows in her passes and running the offense. Locked in defender! And money from the charity stripe!

This was my second time watching Thrapp play, the first being during AAU season, and she has made noticeable strides since then. Regarded as one of the top shooters in the country, Thrapp already holds over 15 Division I offers, including programs such as Florida, Dayton, Butler, and Ball State. She consistently gets to her spots offensively, displaying confidence and precision in her shot selection.
Thrapp excels from beyond the arc, stretching defenses and creating scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates. In this game, she finished with 14 points, showcasing her ability to score in rhythm alongside other talented players on Big Walnut’s roster. Her combination of shooting skill, basketball IQ, and experience makes her one of the most impactful juniors in the country and a player to watch at the next level.

Hard to believe this young lady has two more years of high school basketball! She has certainly gained the attention from D1 programs for her all around game! Largent has a Larry Bird stroke from deep, and she doesn’t shy away from any defender! Plays with such a level head. Fundamentally sound!

Largent has all the skills on both ends of the floor, with or without the ball. Good at scoring and attacking the rim, maintaining composure while making plays, and not only getting the job done on the offensive end but a gifted player and great teammate on the bench. Furthermore, this young player can shoot a lot of threes—she really tests the defense! Applies defensive pressure both on and off the ball to force the other team into mistakes. So far she has offers from Dayton Flyers, Bowling Green, Akron, and Robert Morris. With going up from number 12 to number 7 she makes a big move in the rankings as deserved!
