Offensively, she showed shiftiness and the ability to hit shots or finish runners off one foot. Her length and motor give her the tools to be a dynamic two-way guard.

As a volume shooter, you cannot allow Sanai to see that first shot go through the net—because after that, all she needs is a little space to get her shot off. She has the confidence to take tough shots and still knock them down. Her long wingspan allows her to shoot over taller defenders, making her even more dangerous. As a volume scorer, she can fill it up in a hurry.

Sanai Forrester Jhagroo was impressive with her ability to press up on defense.  Jhagroo had very good court vision and made some very nice entry passes.  The young guard is special in transition and shows a lot of coordination.  She has soft hands and can really attack the basket.   Jhagroo does a good job on defense preventing the opponent from driving to the basket.  She was very good on the help side defense.   Jhagroo is a quick and a smooth player who plays on both sides of the ball.

Defensively, she has a knack for jumping passing lanes and creating turnovers when the offense least expects it. Sanai plays with a slick, crafty style that keeps defenders guessing and forces defenses to stay disciplined every time she’s on the floor.
