Sophie set a new Greenville single-game record with 40 points in December. She put on a show during her PGH Expo appearance and has continued to demonstrate the qualities of a highly skilled next-level guard. Elusive handles, silky smooth pull-up jumper from mid-range and beyond the arc, fantastic facilitator, active defense, and a crafty interior scorer with her back to the basket.

Sophie, a sophomore guard for Greenville, turned in a dominant showing Monday night, blending power and athleticism to control stretches of the game. Though listed as a guard, she’s more than comfortable doing her work on the block, using her strength to back down smaller defenders and score through contact. She tallied 26 points, including three shots from beyond the arc, proving she can hurt defenses from the perimeter as well. At times, she was simply difficult to contain, attacking mismatches and playing with a physical edge that set her apart.

Sophie dropped an eye-popping 40 points (6 3PT) at the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament to become Greenville’s single-game scoring leader. She added nine rebounds and three blocks, keeping the team close against a talented Catholic Central group for most of the game.

Sophie had a breakout performance at the PGH Expo and left with All-Showcase Second Team honors. Her dribble penetration, full-speed finishing, perimeter accuracy, and court vision stood out among the group. Sophie anticipates passes to grab steals on the defensive end and delivers dimes to teammates from difficult angles. She’s picking up right where she left off after a fantastic freshman season at Greenville.

Sophie, a 1st-team all-conference selection as a freshman, returns as a year older and will look to help lead Greenville toward a conference title. A physical and assertive guard, she impacts the game on both ends of the court. Offensively, she attacks the basket with poise, finishing through contact and displaying excellent control in traffic. Defensively, her length, anticipation, and quick hands make her a constant disruptor, forcing turnovers and challenging every pass. Sophie also crashes the boards with determination, securing extra possessions for her team. Her combination of strength, awareness, and consistent effort makes her a key contributor in every game.

Sophie is a strong, physical guard who made her presence felt on both ends of the floor. She attacked the rim with confidence, finishing through contact and showing great body control in traffic. On defense, her length and anticipation stood out — she consistently disrupted passing lanes and made it difficult for opponents to get comfortable. Sophie also rebounded at a high level throughout the open gym, using her toughness and timing to secure extra possessions. Her blend of strength, awareness, and effort makes her a valuable all-around contributor.

Sophie is a prospect I was excited to watch closely at the PGH Michigan Expo, and she turned in a breakout performance. Sophie shot the lights out from three-point distance, finished full-speed layups off one and two feet, demonstrated outstanding court vision, penetrated with her dribble, dished out great passes, and handled the ball confidently with both hands. She was a Top Performer and has been selected to the All-Showcase Second Team.

Sophie was one of the biggest stock risers at the PGH Expo, and she had a noteworthy day for Team 8. Sophie has length, a polished offensive game, and makes smart decisions with the ball in her hands. Sophie shot the ball efficiently from three-point distance off the catch and the dribble, knocking down many triples–she has deep range. Sophie handled the ball confidently with both hands, looked to feed cutters, and made a great kick-out pass to the corner for an assist after penetrating with her dribble. She blew by defenders and finished layups through contact. Sophie scored effectively off two feet and earned recognition as a Top Performer.
