Plays with a ton of heart and no quit. Grady made big time plays during crucial moments throughout the last game of the day. She got to the rim, and that’s with the lane being filled with bigs. Height has no meaning to her, she is aggressive on every possession whether offense or defense.

The defensive talent Grady has is noticeable. The Milton guard is a laterally quick kid with the physicality to handle some kids who play with power in the Badger-Large. The Red Hawk was a kid who found ways to create extra possessions on both ends of the floor by rebounding or creating turnovers in different fashions. She’s also aggressive enough on the offensive end, where defenses have to guard her. She’s more than a perimeter defender, which is why she found herself on the floor as much as she did last season.
