Sydney is a guard with athletic quickness and a variety of skills. She used all of them to make an all-around impact on the court for Team 3 at the Freshman Showcase. Sydney was active in the passing lanes, creating steals on the defensive end. She snagged a defensive board and fired the ball up the court for an assist. Sydney drained an elbow jumper off the dribble and split defenders with a hard left-handed drive to score off two feet. Her passing vision, confident ball-handling, defensive effort, and playmaking skills will be fun to watch at Country Day this winter.
