Another eighth grader that is rapidly rising through the ranks from Dutch Fork is Gibson. Given that the Silver Foxes are a region rival of the Wildcats, Gibson should become very familiar with Lexington in the coming years. She can set an offense up in a halfcourt set as a point guard. As a defender, she will look to prevent an inbounds pass with her defense. Gibson approaches the game with a mindset to outwork her opponents and one of the many ways she does so is with her consistent, heads-up play. Her name will be written about on many occasions over the next several years.
