Speaking of Dutch Fork, the Silver Foxes are poised to once again be one of the toughest outs in the upcoming 5A Division 1 state playoffs in large part because of Crumlin’s play. The veteran big is not only a scorer – she is also a rebounder, and she recently ascended to the 600-rebound plateau for her career. Crumlin is one of two team co-captains for the Silver Foxes. Trinity was definitely one of the tallest players on the court at this event. She has to continue to use her height and wing span to her advantage. She can alter shots and make it very difficult for opposing players to get to the rim. Crumlin can be a huge key to her high school team if she works in the paint area and demands the ball. Rebounding will be another area that she could be a force. Looking forward to see how she develops this season.

A major reason why Dutch Fork has been one of South Carolina’s premier high school teams is the success the 5A Division 1 Silver Foxes have had in the painted area. Crumlin’s work as a frontcourt force has contributed to that fact. A double-double possibility on a game-by-game basis, Crumlin averaged nine points and nine rebounds per contest – proof of her scoring and rebounding capabilities. She also blocked three shots per contest in the 25 games she played in last season plus 2.1 steals. When one is 6-foot-2 as Crumlin is, the words “matchup” and “advantage” automatically come to mind.

Trinity runs the floor very well and really impacts the game on both ends of the court. Crumlin a long and rangy forward will swat away shots down in the post and then in return run the floor in transition and finish on the other end.
Trinity feels comfortable hitting the short jumper from 12-14 feet at times. She works well down on the block and side to side around the paint. Crumlin will have plenty of help down low this season for the Lady Silver Foxes with the addition of

Crumlin first began playing at the varsity level when she was in the eighth grade and her 6-foot-2 stature comes in more than handy when converting on high-percentage shots as well as grabbing rebounds on either end of the floor. Her shot-blocking ability also makes her a tough task to contend with. The 2023-24 rendition of Dutch Fork established itself as one of the premier 5A teams in the state. When teams game plan for how to beat Dutch Fork, they still will have to game plan for how to keep its interior attack in check. The 5A Silver Foxes will give opponents a mix of experience (

Crumlin will use every bit of that height edge to her advantage as a scorer, defender and rebounder on either end of the floor. Having more experienced bigs to play alongside (as was the case last season and will be once the 2023-24 campaign commences) will continue to be a boost for her development.
