Zaria Townsend Zaria Townsend 5'7" | SF Omaha Buena Vista | 2026 State NE is going to round off our Top 15 Player Rankings update. Townsend is an interesting prospect for me, that has been tough to put my finger on over these past few weeks. She stands at a good size at 5’11 with length on most around her. She rebounded and scored at a high rate last season, there is not a question about that but I’m not ready to call her a Top 10 player out of this class just yet. She possesses a ton of positives on the floor and is the soul of her high school team but I need to see how she would fair against higher level competition to be able to better evaluate her abilities. There is a lot of raw talent there and that is going to be able to help her dominate who she is against right now but when push comes to shove and she is against a bigger, more skilled player, how does she adapt? That’s something I need to see more of this winter and I plan to.
