Kate Hollifield Kate Hollifield 5'9" | CG Shelby | 2022 State NC : Kate is a 5’9 shooting guard from Shelby high school. If you don’t know who this kid is by now, you should. As a rising junior she already has two mid-major offers, mostly due to the fact that she knocked down 69 3’s in played (41% from the floor). She can flat out score the ball. She had 7 games this season where she hit 4 or more 3’s. She did not have a single digit game this whole season either. She plays AAU for the Carolina Flames Organization.
Madison Saunders: Madison is a 5’7 shooting guard from Lake Norman high school. This season she knocked down 60 3’s in 26 games played (38% from the floor). She went for a season high 7 for 11 from downtown in February, and on 3 other occasions went 80% or better in a game (attempting at least 5 3’s).
Imelda McMenamin: Imelda is a 5’7 shooting guard from Charlotte Catholic high school. This season she knocked down 59 3’s in 25 games played (36% from the floor). She went for 31 points, a season high, in February knocking down 7 3’s and 8 free throws. And on 5 other occasions hit 4 or more 3’s. She plays AAU for the Charlotte Dream Elite organization.
Rachel McCullough: Rachel is a 5’7 shooting guard from Salisbury high school, who by the way made it to the Final Four in the 2A state championship this season. Rachel knocked down 48 3’s in 30 games played (30% from the floor). She hit 3 or more 3’s 7 different times this season. She has already surpassed 500 points in her career, and still has 2 seasons to go.
Jasmine Fearne: Jasmine is a 5’11 shooting guard/small forward from Hickory Ridge high school. Jasmine comes from a basketball family, as her father is a D1 assistant men’s coach at UNCC, and the head coach for the New Zealand men’s U19 National Team (where they are from). She knocked down 48 3’s in 29 games played this season (40% from the floor). She went for a season best 5 for 5 from deep, 19 points in total paired with 10 rebounds, 3 assists and steals in this big win in December. She plays AAU with the SC 76ers Organization.
Kyndall Shivers: Kyndall is a 5’8 point guard/ shooting guard from Marvin Ridge high school. This season she knocked down 47 3’s in 20 games played (31% from the floor). In 7 different games this season she knocked down 4 3’s. As a freshman she was selected to the county “All-Newcomer Team”.
