The Knights boast 10 returning players including starters Kyndal Hilgenberg, Brooklyn Gifford, Sophie Badding and Catherine Mayhall. Sarah Steffes, Hilgenberg and Mayhall each made over 10 three-pointers last year. Mayhall also had 111 assists and 104 rebounds with 62 steals.

A perfect run through the Bluegrass Conference and claiming the league tournament were part of a 20-win season at Lamoni. The Demons feature one of the top scorers in the conference in junior [player_tooltip player_id="129013" first="Abby" last="Martin"], who posted almost 19 points a game. Joining her in the rotation will be Carly Maedel, Audrey Lloyd and several others.

Lawton-Bronson had a nice mix of players last year, and that results in 11 returning players led by starters Emma Ricke, Sierra Ameen and Kendra Horsley. Ameen was the top three-point shooter, making 43 triples last year. Ricke paced the Eagles with 123 assists, adding 82 rebounds, 51 steals and 20 made three-pointers.
